- The comfy barrel is designed to better fit the shape of the horses mouth, and at only 10mm thick it leaves plenty of room in the mouth
- The barrel centre gives some movement but is stiller than a conventional lozenge so it doesn’t irritate or put pressure on the palate
- The pelham itself allows pressure to be exerted on the poll, the curb groove and the mouth to encourage a head lowering effect.
